The V profile forms a larger load section than a flat belt of the same width, which increases the volume conveyed per meter and reduces spillage at the sides.

It depends on the particle size and moisture of the material. Above a certain incline the material slides and a cleated belt is needed. The conveyor calculator on the website gives an estimate and engineering confirms it.

The structure and protection specification is defined according to exposure. State whether the operation is outdoors in the quote request.
