Frequently asked questions

The questions that reach the factory most often

Here we gather what industrial buyers ask before closing a deal: how the quote works, how to choose belt and capacity, what to prepare for installation and how service works after delivery.

Purchase and quote

How the process works from first contact to the closed order.

By WhatsApp, phone, e-mail or any form on the website. To speed things up, tell us the material conveyed, the distance to cover, the discharge height and the capacity you want. If you can send a photo or video of the site, the sizing will be more accurate.

It depends on the equipment and on the production queue when you order. The lead time is confirmed in writing in the proposal and followed by the same specialist who served you. Meeting deadlines is a commitment of ours: when something changes, we tell you beforehand.

Yes. The factory is in Limeira/SP and we deliver across the whole country, with logistics followed by our team until the machine arrives. For other countries, talk to our export team.

Yes. We serve everyone from farmers and small agro-industries to large plants. The equipment is sized for the scale of the operation, without pushing a bigger machine than you need.

Freight is quoted together with the proposal, according to the destination and the dimensions of the equipment. You can use our quote or your own carrier.

The terms are presented in the commercial proposal, including the options for orders with down payment and for invoicing. We issue an invoice for every order.

Yes. We send the company documentation for supplier approval and take part in quotation processes of industries, cooperatives and integrators.

Yes, and we recommend it. Seeing the cutting, welding, painting and testing process helps you understand our manufacturing standard. Arrange the visit with the sales team by WhatsApp.

Technical questions

Belt, incline, capacity and the choices that define the project.

Bags and boxes call for a smooth belt; loose material going uphill calls for a cleated belt, so the load does not roll back; fine bulk performs better on a V belt, which forms a trough; a food line calls for a non-toxic belt that is easy to sanitize. When in doubt, describe the material and we will recommend one.

It depends on the material and on the belt. Packaged product on a smooth belt accepts a gentle incline; above that, cleats are needed to hold the load. Loose grain slides before baled material does. The final angle is defined in the project, together with the discharge height.

Start from the volume per hour your operation needs to move at peak, not on average. Capacity comes from the combination of belt width, speed and profile type. Our calculator gives a starting point and engineering confirms the model.

Yes. We build stainless steel versions and versions with sanitary belts for operations that require sanitation, as well as galvanized versions for harsh environments.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we build. Z conveyors, big bag hoppers, structures on rails, specific elevations and adaptations of length, width and incline to fit your layout.

We work with drives compatible with the power supply available at your plant, including three-phase. Tell us the site voltage in the quote request so the motor leaves the factory correct.

Yes. In sorting and checking operations adjustable speed makes a difference, because the conveyor's pace has to match the team's pace. This is defined in the drive.

The machines are built with guards on moving parts and can receive the devices your operation requires. Tell us your plant's safety requirements in the quote request.

Installation, maintenance and after-sales

What happens after delivery: installation, parts and service.

Nothing leaves the factory without a running test. Larger equipment may arrive in parts for transport and is assembled on site following the guidance we send along.

Free floor space, a firm and level floor, a power point at the correct voltage, enough headroom and access for unloading the truck. Each product page has the installation sheet with these items.

We provide installation and operation guidance for your team. For larger projects, we assess on-site support. Agree on it when closing the order.

We have our own technical service and a direct channel to open a request. When it can be solved with remote guidance, we solve it; when a part or a visit is needed, we arrange it.

Yes. Belt, rollers, scraper, bearings, gearbox, motor and bag sewing items. Keeping wear parts in stock avoids line stoppages during harvest.

A simple routine: daily inspection of belt and scraper, weekly check of tension and alignment, and lubrication and bearing review in the monthly plan. Each product page has the checklist, and there is a PDF to print and hang in the factory.

All equipment has a factory warranty, with the conditions described in the proposal and in the delivery documentation. Natural wear of consumable items, such as the belt, is not covered.

Yes. We refurbish and recover our equipment, including belt replacement, structural reinforcement and drive replacement.
