Custom-built equipment, such as conveyors, screw conveyors and elevators, has no shelf price: the value comes from a quotation, after the sizing done by engineering based on the capacity, height and product you inform.

Price, lead time and payment terms only become a commitment by Demakine when they appear in a formal commercial proposal. Price information shown in the store may be corrected at any time, and an evident typing error does not oblige the sale.

The data sheets, sizing calculators and payback simulators available on the website serve as an estimate and a starting point for the technical conversation. The result depends on the product handled, the layout and the operating conditions, and does not replace the formal sizing done by the factory's engineering team.

Payback scenarios presented as a simulation use assumptions shown on the page itself. They are not a promise of results.

You may browse, download the materials offered and share the links. It is not permitted to copy the content to reproduce a competing catalog, to scrape the website automatically to the point of harming its operation, or to use Demakine's brand, photos and technical drawings without written authorization.

The equipment photos published on the website come from the factory's own archive and are protected by copyright.

By sending a photo of a part, a serial number or a description of an operation, you declare that you have the right to share this material and authorize Demakine to use it internally to identify the component and provide the service. We do not publish this material without your authorization.

Demakine is liable for the equipment it manufactures and sells, under the terms of the proposal, the invoice and the agreed warranty. It is not liable for momentary unavailability of the website, for a decision made solely on the basis of a calculator estimate, or for installation or modification carried out by a third party outside the factory's technical guidance.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of Limeira/SP are elected for matters arising from them, except where the law guarantees consumers the courts of their domicile.
