1. Who is the controller of your data
Demakine Equipamentos Agroindustriais, headquartered at Rua Silvino del Pietro, 212, Jd. Nova Limeira, Limeira/SP, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website, under Brazilian Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

2. What data we collect and why
We collect only what is necessary to answer a quote request, provide technical service and sell through the store. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

We do not collect sensitive data, do not make automated profiling decisions and do not direct the website to people under 18.
4. Who we share with
We share data only with the processors needed for the website to work and for the order to reach you:
- Hosting and database provider, which stores the website's records
- File storage service, when you send a photo of a part
- Google, for audience and campaign measurement, only with your acceptance of cookies
- Carrier, when equipment or a part is delivered
- Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or court order
If any of these processors is outside Brazil, the international transfer follows the safeguards of chapter V of the LGPD.
5. How long we keep it
- Quote and service data: for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the applicable tax and limitation retention periods after it
- Newsletter e-mail: until you ask to unsubscribe
- Photo of a part sent for identification: for the time needed for the service and for the equipment's replacement history
- Browsing records: for the period set by article 15 of Brazil's Internet Civil Framework
6. Your rights as a data subject
The LGPD guarantees that you can, at any time, request:
- Confirmation that we process your data and access to it
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data
- Portability to another supplier, according to ANPD regulations
- Deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent
- Information about who we share your data with
- Withdrawal of consent
Just write to vendas@demakine.com.br with your request. We reply within the legal deadline and may ask for identity confirmation first, so as not to hand one person's data to another.
7. Security
The website runs over HTTPS, the administrative area is protected by authentication and access to lead records is restricted to the sales team. No system is immune to incidents, so if a security event with relevant risk to data subjects occurs, we notify those affected and the ANPD in accordance with article 48 of the LGPD.
8. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the review date at the top of the page. A relevant change in the way data is processed is communicated through the website's channels.
