Poultry Litter Conveyor (Poultry House)
The belt conveyor for poultry litter speeds up loading and unloading at the truck, cutting labor costs and increasing productivity
Applications
3 models available as standard, plus custom adaptations when your layout calls for them.
About the Poultry Litter Conveyor (Poultry House)
The belt conveyor for poultry litter speeds up loading and unloading at the truck, cutting labor costs and increasing productivity
The belt conveyor is built with SAE 1020 steel bars, in a light, sturdy structure that is easy to move. It has an enclosed gearmotor on the belt drive and on the lift drive. The belt is V-shaped with rubber cleats to hold the product better. It has a belt reversing system that allows the conveyor to be used for loading or unloading, and automotive wheels and tires that let you move the equipment quickly anywhere.
The conveyor height can be adjusted automatically with the electric switch or manually with a ratchet crank. Ideal for truck loading and unloading, turning what used to take hours into just a few minutes. We build your conveyor in the size and shape you need: request a quote or contact us.
Note: the conveying capacity of the poultry litter conveyor depends directly on the type and weight of the product to be conveyed; we supply it according to the customer's needs.

Which material this equipment is for
A quick guide by type of load. "On request" does not mean no: it means it can be done with an adjustment of belt, profile, sealing or structural material, which is why we need to know your product before recommending.

Maintenance checklist
Checklist for the Poultry Litter Conveyor (Poultry House)
Most of the stoppages we attend could have been spotted earlier, in a quick walk around the machine. This is the routine we recommend for your team.
0 of 15 items
Every day, 5 minutes
- Look at the belt or the screw for cuts, tears and abnormal wear
- Check that the scraper is in contact and whether material is building up under the equipment
- Listen for unusual noise in bearings, motor and gearbox with the machine empty
- Check for product leaking outside the discharge point
- Check that the guards are in place before releasing the operation
See the manual for further information.
Every week
- Check belt tension and alignment, without tightening more than necessary
- Clean pulley, roller and scraper area
- Check the tightness of bolts on the structure, bearings and motor base
- Check that the structure is still level and supported
- Test push buttons, emergency stop and controls
See the manual for further information.
Every month
- Lubricate bearings and housings as instructed in the manual
- Review the gearbox: oil level, leaks and working temperature
- Inspect the belt splice and schedule replacement before it breaks
- Review the motor: current, heating, ventilation and mounting
- Record what was replaced and schedule wear parts for the next harvest
See the manual for further information.

What to have ready before the machine arrives
When the site is prepared, the machine goes into operation on the day it arrives. This is the list we give customers when the order is closed.
- 1Space and headroomCheck the total length with the structure and the area to work around it, as well as the headroom up to the roof, beam or piping at the discharge point.
- 2Firm, level floorA flat, firm base under the support feet. An uneven floor misaligns the belt and makes the structure work twisted.
- 3Power point at the correct voltageHave the power point ready at the voltage stated in the order, with circuit breaker and grounding. Tell us whether the supply is three-phase before the motor is built.
- 4Access for unloadingCheck the gate, aisle and ceiling height on the truck's way to the assembly point. Long equipment may arrive in parts.
- 5Defined infeed and discharge pointsMark where the product enters and where it falls. Hopper, feed table or discharge spout must be planned before fixing the equipment.

Before you buy
3 mistakes that cost dearly in this choice
These are the mismatches we see most in machines bought in a hurry. It costs little to check beforehand and a lot to fix afterwards.
Undersized belt width
Choosing the belt by price and not by load makes the product overflow at the sides and turns the line into constant cleaning. Size it by the largest item that will pass and by the peak volume, not by the daily average.
Motor working at its limit
An undersized motor heats up, trips in the middle of the shift and takes the gearbox with it. It pays to leave spare motor capacity, especially uphill, with a full load and frequent starts.
Wrong belt for the material
A smooth belt on a steep incline with loose material sends the load back to the foot of the conveyor. Loose material on an incline calls for cleats; fine bulk performs better on a V profile; a food line calls for a non-toxic belt.
After-sales
Spare parts and consumables
Wear items we supply for this line. Having the critical parts in stock before harvest is what separates a stoppage of hours from a stoppage of days.

Frequently asked questions
What people ask most about this equipment line.
See all frequently asked questions →Yes. Length, belt width, incline and discharge height are adjusted in the project to fit your layout.
We build stainless steel and galvanized versions, with a belt suited to sanitation. Tell us the type of cleaning used at your plant.
It depends on the material, the load per hour and the cleaning. A belt that is well tensioned, aligned and with a working scraper lasts much longer. We keep belts and splices as spare parts.
By WhatsApp, phone, e-mail or any form on the website. To speed things up, tell us the material conveyed, the distance to cover, the discharge height and the capacity you want. If you can send a photo or video of the site, the sizing will be more accurate.
Nothing leaves the factory without a running test. Larger equipment may arrive in parts for transport and is assembled on site following the guidance we send along.
